I had the same problem and have emailed them and requested a password reset but haven't heard anything yet. That was about 3 hours ago. Good Luck to those of you without a problem.

also what you have to do is make a whole new account and go to the cashier and redeem the code free20 in the cashier page.

Ok guys, their Live Chat is closed right now, but I would say try again in awhile or maybe even again tomorrow. I talked to Eric in Live help. This is not a rival casino, but games are just like Rivals. I am so sorry that you are having problems downloading Krabby. Did you click the link that I put up?

i just got an e-mail from This is Vegas. seems that Superior is part of that group now. It told me to unistall the casino and reinstall it. I did this still didnt work. Tried resetting my pasword, couldnt get an e-mail saying what it is. I give up lol
