correct picks qualify for the prizes. In the case

Here are the Rules
I. RULES
1. Picks can be submitted directly through the Submit Picks section of this web site. The selections will be password protected to ensure their security.
2. Click on the teams you think will win their respective games and then "Submit" your selections.
3. You can change your picks at any time before the on-line entry deadline. Just click on the 'Reset' button and modify your selections.
4. Deadlines: The deadline to submit your picks for the weekly contest is the official kick-off time of the very first game each week. Selections can be made/modified up to the picks deadline at which time your most recent (closest to the deadline) selections are deemed to be official. It is each contestant's responsibility to make sure his/her picks are entered correctly before the deadline.
5. Registration: Only one valid registration per household will be accepted. All fields of the Intertops.com application form must be completed correctly otherwise the registration shall be considered null and void.
II. Prize
Entrants in the Pool contest must try and correctly pick the winning team for each of the weekly NFL games.
Each week, the contestants with the most correct selections will win bet tokens paid into their Intertops.com betting account, the prize amounts are:
1st Place - USD 100.00
2nd place - USD 50.00
3rd place - USD 25.00
4th to 10th place - USD 10.00 each.
Intertops.com rule 1.6 applies.
In the event of a tie, a member of the Intertops.com Promotions team will randomly select the winners. Winners will be notified by email. Intertops.com assumes no responsibility for incorrect email addresses, bounced-back email messages, mechanical or technical failure of any kind or for lost, late or misdirected email.
Contest entries will be judged under the supervision of Intertops.com whose decisions on winner selection and all other matters relating to this contest are final.
III. Eligibility
The competition is open to anyone 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (void where prohibited by law).
Only one account per household. Employees and consultants of Intertops.com, affiliated companies, its promotion and advertising agencies, and members of the immediate families (immediate family is defined as parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as employee or consultant) of any Intertops.com employee or consultant, are not eligible to participate.
By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinners.
All prizewinners may be required to submit valid identification and a valid user ID to Intertops.com and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with these rules and release within ten (10) days following attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification.
Contestants consent to Intertops.com's use of their names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
