Hi Tawnia,

We are aware of the technical problem with the 5% and we will try and
get this fixed as soon as possible. We also have an issue with support
as Hurricane Felix is rolling over Curacao so can you let your
players know they may have to wait longer than normal for support issues to be solved.

Oh WOW I hope everyting ends up being okay Im surprised support is up at all if a hurricane is going over there location. That just goes to show ya how dedicated the Rival people and especially the SlotO people are to there jobs and the players smile

My 5 ashback isn't there anymore to even claim so they may have removed it untill it can be fixed...

JUST kidding! Of course they had to remove them all
to fix it, so that means they are making progress!!

It is 5% cashback for $100 or more in Deposits lost per month.
It should be there in a day or 2 if you qualify. smile

Also.. if you lost under $100 this month, that will carry to next month smile

Remember: you only get cashback if you loose!!
The error message from earlier was trying to give
$0 to players like me who were winners for the month..
that was part of the problem.. smile
I won for the month so do not get cashback
