netspend visa reloadables still work

Is it still working?

Hi all! Hi TDTAT.
Can anyone tell me if netspend is still working? I am hesitant to load any funds unto it at any time these days as I don't want to use it for anything other than gambling!! Thanks much good luck at the tables!!

But I did notice that the load fee, where I load mine - increased.
Use to be $3.95, smile and now is $4.95

Mine is working fine. I load mine at the ACE Cash Express and it is still $3.00 but to buy a reload pac it is $4.95. But the NETSPEND, not All Access , is still working.

company's called PLS Check Cashers and it only cost $2.00 to load your netspend card. smile

But, I have never heard of them.....

There is a place in the city where I live, that only charges $2.00...
But.....
It is not in a very decent neighborhood smile
When I think about it..... I guess I would rather pay a couple bucks more,
and make it home (alive)!

Omg..., I'm from Oakland, Ca. I was scared to death to even check
the mail after dark!

Now I live in Arizona (phx area) and we have land based casinos
here on the indian reservations & I go there often ~ usually around
3-4am (after work) and these people are straight ROWDY!! smile




Once they get to drinkin', smile loosin' smile & fightin' ... smile





I end up havin security escort me and my $$$ to the car !! smile







Tons of people get pulled over leavin that place , I tell ya!
