Thanks! I just found mine...and didn't even know I was in the VIP club. LOL!! Now that I think about it, I do remember getting an email from Sloto' with something to do with VIP, but all I looked for was the BONUS!! smile smileops:

Hello everyone!! Please be patient with RIVAL support
for the next few days.. they are getting hit by Hurricane
Felix in Curacao.. and only a few people could get in to the office
due to the storm

Hi Tawnia,

We are aware of the technical problem with the 5% and we will try and
get this fixed as soon as possible. We also have an issue with support
as Hurricane Felix is rolling over Curacao so can you let your
players know they may have to wait longer than normal for support issues
to be solved.

Yea mine said invalid cash back amount for 3452492 what the heck does that mean I deposited over $100 145 to be exact I should have one right I am VIP
