just go to live chat and they will have a manager
fix it... If it happens once to you, it will
happen with any new rival, so just
request the fix from Chat smile If they

Maybe because you have 2 eco card accounts?
That is not allowed, so maybe the problem.
I would email support and explain why you have
2 accounts and ask them to close the one with no
money in it. Then you should have no trouble smile

I made deposit last night and played. Didn't have any trouble with bonus or anything. Got to play about 4 hours but didn't win a thing. Strange things was that I didn't have to register. I guess it took my Pantasia account info.
