RIVAL CHAT SAYS LOYALTY EMAILS SENT

FYI: I spoke with "Suzy" in live chat and was told the emails for loyalty chips were all sent. She said if I did not receive an email, then I probably was not eligible for the loyalty chip. Of course, that's nuts because I deposited over a $1,000 at the Rival casinos.

I told her I know there was a problem with the bonuses, and that numerous people had not received them this month. She said, "I'm sorry but there is nothing I can do if you did not receive the email." So, I'm not sure what's going on. I got the loyalty chip at This is Vegas for $15, but nothing else.

I deposited way more at Pantasia...

Live chat (spoke to Xiovani) told me the same thing. I received a $10 loyalty chip from This is Vegas and nothing else.

I have deposited way more at Pantasia, also.

I don't know what is going on with the loyalty bonuses this month.

I was told by chat that its for selected ppl, and its not every month if you didn't get the email you don't get a bonus!!!! Thats just wrong!!!!!! I have deposited at all of them and alot of $$$ at Pantasia!!!!!

Ask for a bonus by email, if you have made quite a few deposits they might give you a little something, who knows! Good Luck.

I think that really sucks. Something is going on with the Rival casinos, and it's not good. I have been depositing solely at the Rival casinos mainly because of the promos and loyalty bonus. What I want to know is why did they string us all along?

I mean, this is the first I've heard that we're not getting the bonuses. All week we were hearing there was a glitch or system error and bonuses would be credited. CRAZY!!

As I said, I got $10 from This is Vegas but have yet to get an email. The only way I knew to look was when I read blove's email about hers. If I don't get a loyalty bonus from Pantasia, they can kiss my ***. I have been on the depositors contest list for 3month, and they won't give me a loyalty bonus. I think not. I know Riverbelle's CS is sucky but at least you know what you are going to get in bonus credits each month.

OK, I am really PO'd now. Here is my conversation with Pantasia:

Xiovani: If you didn't receive an emial you probably didn't get "selected" this month.
Xiovani: You might get it later on today.

Then before I could type anything else, the live chat crashed.

I made 9 deposits in April for big bucks and I didn't get "selected". What a crock!! I only made one deposit for $25.00 at This is Vegas and got $10 but still no email from them.

If I don't get a bonus, I have deposited my last dime. At least with an RTG casino you know your chances of getting screwed are good and you don't get surprised. : :

This is totally up. It is just like the wager weekends they used to have, then with no warning, gone. Thank You Pantasia!!!!!!

Was told by Tyrone at This is Vegas that loyalty bonuses were for depositors only and then randomly selected from list. Not what we were led to believe. As I said in my earlier post, what a crock! Goodbye Pantasia and Rival Group, hello Riverbelle.

How random is it when we pretty much all got bonuses from This is Vegas, but nothing from any other casino??! Like you said, I too have been on the Pantasia leaderboard for months. This really is ridiculous. We've all been told the bonuses would be credited within the weekend or week, and now we're told it is a random draw. That makes no sense.

In the past, I have received loyalty chips EVERY month at ALL of the casinos I deposit at within the Rival software group.

What's really funny is we all have Rival banners!! I'll keep This is Vegas because at least I got something from them. I'm still angry with Pantasia for taking my free spins last week...and no, they still have not addressed or corrected the issue.

Checked vegas account an had the 10.00 there,no email about it but was there.Deposited more at Pantasia nothing.Checked rest of rival accounts nothing.Guess i will only deposit at This is Vegas from know on.Need to change my banner to. thats for other casinos

I didn't get any thing from this is vegas either, I really don't know whats going on... I was told by eric that it would be credited to my account by Saturday eve and never had anything... Like I said I do not know what to think...

This really sucks!! I know you play there (Rival) a lot so you should have got something...well all of us should have, especially at Pantasia. This sooooooo sucks!!!
