Hi all smile
Today I submitted a $500 withdrawal from pantasia (YAY!!) using ACH - once comleted... the confirmation said "please allow up to 48 hours..." but i spoke to a customer rep just now who informed me that ACH takes 4-7 business days for ACH withdrawals !!! .... he even said it might not credit to bank until the week AFTER next !!
(of course he apologized and said that IT is supposed to change it)

please anybody who's done an ACH withdrawal from Pantasia, what was your experience ... did it really take THAT long????

I'm wondring if it's faster to withdraw to my ecocard acccount and then transfer to my bank, or just leave as an ACH ....

thanks
zuka

the next casino that offers INSTANT withdrawals is getting all my business !!
(did you hear that over there... lol)

zuka, I did a withdraw on the 2nd of April and still have not received it... They were having problems with the ach and also due to the holiday.. I do not recommend using ach.... Go the eco card way.... It is quicker I am told and I have also seen posts....

thanks nettellar42794- I already changed it, and, after reading your post, all the happier i did, good gosh - that is just ridiculous !! and to see that they haven't bothered to update their confirmation message ... "within 48 hours ..."

if only there were a rival casino that promoted AND honored fast withdrawals .... that would be my rival of choice... without a doubt !!

Hello everyone!!
Sorry for the ACH withdrawls taking so long..
Here is what Pantasia said.. so they should be back on
schedule now!! smile

Hi Tawnia,

I can understand the concern about the long cashouts. Normally, ACH cashouts are paid within 8-10 days. However, there was some problems on our ACH provider side. They have informed us that these issues have been corrected. I just hope so, and hope this doesn't happen again in the future.

I believe the issue was that they had to change banks and that was adding to the delay.

Yes, it is up to the sender of the funds how long it takes, though some banks can take 3-5 days to credit your account AFTER they receive the funds. Netspend credits it immediately, but again, you have to wait for the sender to release the funds.

My withdrawals at Big Dollar have taken up to 3 weeks to hit my account - typically within 12 hours of the time they said they sent it to the bank. The 3 weeks comes from waiting for the processor to release the funds. Maybe, in the future, just withdrawal to your Ecocard, then send to your account. I think Rival casinos withdrawal to Ecocard within 48 hours...I think.

Ugh, don't get me started! I have been waiting since the 3rd! I have been told "next week, next week" for 3 weeks now! I am so upset and frustrated with them. I was told they were having trouble with their "processor" each time. Each time they tell me the problem has been corrected but still I see no money. I'm done with Pantasia. I just have to take my banner off.

Here is what I have to say... smile
I get my eco card cashouts from Pantasia
in 48 hours everytime
.. I know there
have been some ACH problems, which
they say have been fixed now.
( I guess we will know that soon)
Everyone can go play elsewhere
but rememeber.. is it worse
to never win or have a slow cashout?
It seems like a lot of members are cashing out
from Pantasia so everyone can make their own
judgement smile I sure have not heard
about this many cashouts at one casino
in a very long time
smile

Yeah, I've been reading the posts, and you know I have my own issues with the Rival casinos, however the fact is...everyone is cashing out!!! So, I gotta agree with you here, and although I swore I wouldn't, I did deposit at Paradise and actually got up to about $300...I just didn't cash in. The point is, I could have. At each of the Rival casinos, I regularly get my balance up over $500 or even over a $1000. It seems VERY EASY to win at the Rival casinos, and personally, I'd rather win and wait a few weeks for my money than to not win at all.

I guess the main problem is Pantasia, and the other casinos, claim the cashouts will be done a lot quicker than they actually have been. I think I'm speaking for the majority when I say most of us would be happy if the casinos said, "Yes, we have your cashout and are processing it. However, due to issues with our payment processor, we expect delays up to 4 weeks," and kept us informed. It's when they say, "Next week" or "Within 48 hours" and it doesn't happen that we get cranky! smile

Soooooooooo, on that note, how long does it take for Eco to process out to your bank via an ACH through them? If the cashout hits Eco within 48 hours every time, and the ACH hits your bank 3-5 days after that, hey that is the way to go!!! smile

I am also waiting on a cashout from Pantasia since the 2nd, and yes it is frustrating, but I do think it will be there soon and just think of the things I have already paid now I do not have to use my winnings for bills....... LOL I
