I am not a chef but a mother of 5 children and a hungry hubby I just think of some things and throw it together like the seafood soup I did not have no recipe for that it is things I just threw together because alot of resturants have like crab and lobster bisques and I love them so tried top make my own and everyone I have made it for love it and want the recipe.... Now the Beef Stoganoff my Mom would make it alot because it does stretch, and I just tweaked it alittle some times I add a can of cream asparagus to it also and its real good.... ENJOY!!!!!

Mmmmmm....breads, protein, veggie, dairy all in one! And it's a piece of cake (mmmmm....caaaaake...I'd rather have that). I am a non-measuring cook, so that means you'll have to figure that part out, to taste!

Tuna Lorenzo:
toast English muffin halves
mix tuna, sour cream (trust me), and tad bit of celery salt
slice a tomato
now, put some of the tuna mixture on each half of muffin, add a slice of tomato, sprinkle with parm. cheese and broil until cheese appears "melted."

They are fabulous! I owned and ran a coffee house for several years and these were my best seller.

AND I have four children and a husband and there's not one who doesn't love it! What are the odds of that?!!!
