I am a newbie at This is Vegas, after a few days the sent me an email saying I was comped $15. Do not ask for it, or you may not get it. Just be patient and keep checking back.
You will have to go to the cashier and click under the redeem comps.

I talked to live chat and they said this is a bogus e-mail and that their fraud dept is looking into to see who is sending it. they said its not from This Is Vegas casino.

I think it is from the 400 Group to be honest with you... It is the same person who sends emails out for all the 400 rival casinos.. He is the casino host.. So I don't think it is from any specific casino. If this was not a legitimate bonus I don't think it would be available in the promotion box at the casino to claim...

Yes, those who deposit right after downloading and registering at the casino are not receiving the $15. It's a ND bonus for new players who downloaded and registered but did not deposit. And, it is coming from the 400 Group, not from the individual casinos. I called the casino to verify and this is the info I received. You cannot request it from live chat, either, as this is not a bonus directly from the casino. Sorry everyone is not getting it! Hope this helps sort out the confusion. smile

THANX blove, this is as I said a legitimate bonus, it is for those who register and don't deposit after registering, so if you register and want the free $15 and maybe 300bonus wait untill you get the email... smile smile smile

Live chat is wrong..
this is a promotional email sent from the 400group
which is the affiliate site that promotes
all 4 casinos..
If you ask live chat, as posted, you will not get the
bonus, because it is not from This is vegas..
It is from the promotions department of the 400 group

This is a real offer, not a scam smile
.. if too many people ask chat for the $ the promo will
be yanked and noone will get the bonus..
so please register & wait a few days

I recieved an e-mail from someone named Brad Walker telling me to reg. w/ this is vegas and i would get $10 instantly.Well I did 3 days ago and NADA! I will keep checking back to it!
