Me, too! When Captain Cooks (and that group of casinos) raised to a $50 minimum on CC deposits, I really reduced my playing with them. Sometimes you just have $20 to blow...err, gamble!

I made four $50 deposits between march 12th and 13th and have emailed them twice re: 20% march madness bonus and havent even heard back from them.I am not to impressed with thier customer servive or lack there of.Can you offer me any help here?!

Kent, you're not the only one! I've made deposits since the 12th and received NOTHING, no bonuses whatsoever. I really liked Intertops but hate the lack of loyalty rewards, customer service and of course, my bonuses on my deposits! LOL!

My user name is BR358062 . I've made several deposits in March, but received no bonuses. I did email them, but received no response back. I am also disappointed about their lack of loyalty points, as someone else mentioned. smile

But my biggest complaint is that they do not credit the bonuses and do not respond to my emails. Can you help? smileops:
