Hi Terri351 - my suggestion would be to make sure your state and zip code are entered correctly. Be sure to make sure your zip code only has 5 digits and doesn't have an additional number by mistake. Also, check and make certain your zip code does not have a SPACE at the end. If you entered your zip code as, for instance, 12345, then hit the space bar before moving to the next field, it might have caused the error. Some systems recognize every character, including the space, in a field. Sorry it's not working for you. I hope you are able to clear it up. Good luck!

it did that to me also and then I added road after my street address and was accepted so make sure if you are ave, street, rd, rte that you include it in sign up
