I love it - except the nasty chocolate candy in the heart boxes. Even if I don't get big present, I still get to spend it with my Sweetie. Plus my son is here before he deploys to Iraq (even if he is asleep on the couch right now) so I get a wonderful Valentine's present after all.

I got a great gift certificate for a day of pampering at a spa, from head to toe this morning. Never would have done this for myself! My boyfriend was VERY thoughtful this year....it beats the combination of coffe maker and dinner at an outrageously overbooked italian restaurant last year when we had to wait 45 minutes to sit down and that was WITH a reservation.

i hate valentine' day because when we love , we love all days and we offer what we want to our love when we want
i think it's a commercial rite just for dispend our monnaie

when i was maried , i never pratice valentine day's, i receved love and flowers or other thing all along the year

and too, we must think at all pesons who are alone

Happy Valentines Day everyone!! I do love valentines day because it gives me an extra reason to give my girlfriend presents. I love giving presents, especially ones that come from the heart. We usually make each other something and then go out for a nice dinner.
Actually that is where I am headed now so I will catch you all later.

Ever hear the saying "it's a fine line between love and hate"?

Loved it when I was a kid and we decorated shoe boxes for our Valentine exchange at school, and ate pink/red/white cupcakes and those little candy hearts with the sayings on them. . .

Hated it as a teenager with no boyfriend, and
Loved it as a teenager with a boyfriend. . . .

Didn't really care in college. . . too many drunken parties

Hated it after college when I was alone and on my own. . .

Loved it when I first met my husband and we were dating. . .
Hate it now when he forgets. . .

Can't wait until my little boy is old enough to really enjoy it,

And look forward to spending the rest of them with my husband.
Guess all in all Valentines Day is OK. . . lol

I just got a delivery of 2 dozen of long stem fuschia roses from my hubby, and my 2 daughters got 2 long stem red roses from him also, I love this day........LOL HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!!!!!

I don't Love it, nor do I hate it.........

No need to celebrate or do anything special, for me.


But, I am perfectly fine with that said!!!!!!

I LOVE VALENTINE.... I love the unexpected gifts, cards, flowers..... this year, a small bouquet was on my doorstep..... didnt know from whom I got this....! small card with LOVE YOU on it, thats all!

Could be my mother, because I am single.... and I know she sometimes does that kind of things.... lol....

A good Valentine would be to win a GOOD amount of money, so I can pay a nice dinner to my beloved family and friends....

I would have to say I like Valentines day, when you have someone to share it with. Seeing that I'm not with anyone at this time makes it a little rough, but I'm not complaining.
