at least that is how i understand the rules.. but you could ask chat

I think it is easy to say why the playtechs do not give lots of bonuses now..
Imagine the thousands of players all getting $10..
Each time they do a N/D bonus it costs the casino
thousands of dollars. maybe hundreds of thousands..
since playtech closed to USA, they are losing
alot of money.. more than 50% of their business..
that is just my opinion, but I think that is the reason
for the lack of bonuses... or maybe they will do xmas bonus..
there are still a few days left
