What happened was this.....

I made a deposit yesterday, which was the first of the month.
After I made the deposit, I went to chat to claim the "Monthly" 50%.
They were saying that I already have received the 50%.
Ummmmm, NO.
That was my first deposit this Month.

( I was mad)

I was going to email the guy who resolved my last issue with them.
When checking my email, I found the 100% weekend bonus offer email. So, I immediately went back to chat to claim the 100% weekend bonus, on the deposit that I was originally trying to claim the 50%

it be live or email.
But there is a guy, named Dean (Customer Relations Director) -
He has taken care of my every issue.

he asked me to get back with him, if I had any suggestions
regarding promos, and so forth....as he's got the power to implement .
(Cool, I got my own connection...now )
So if there are any, I could pass them along.
