No, this is just a new name smile and new 200 free spins,

Ok .. so you have an account but have never deposited..
You could do 2 things:

1>
email support.. tell them you never deposited
and want to make a new Mondial account and get the new deposit bonus
(and click a noluck banner before you make the new acct,
because we may have a depositor contest in a few months for Mondial)
OR
2> post your old account number and I can find out the deal in the morning from the affiliate rep

Ok, I spoke to live chat, I do have an account with Monaco and it will be the same for Mondial and the offer has expired for, so no bonus. Well I gave it a try! I've been playing around way too long, no new offers for me!
