All Access Visa Card or NETeller

I have the AllAccess Visa and MasterCard. Lately, though, I've been getting declined at all the casinos, except Big Dollar, Hype, and Pantasia. Big Dollar is the ONLY Microgaming casino that is accepting credit cards...or any of the four that I've tried at the other MG casinos. Is anyone else having this problem?

As a side note, I won $4,000 at Big Dollar last week, then cashed in the BIG bonus of $50 for every 100 loyalty points and won $1800 more from that!
