I got it today without any problem. As soon as I visited the site, live help popped up, and I asked them before I downloaded. I got Nicole, and fortunately, I got her again when I downloaded.

this casino used to be called slots.com. If you recieved the $10 when it was called by that name you probably are not eligible.

CSR MIke at Bet Royal. Mike said that their Casino is working on a new progam, for the Casino so that USA old and new members, will be able to sign up at this site. This will be up and running some time tomorrow.

WOW, I don't know if I am going to win anything on this, but I will say one thing, customer service is great. I spoke to Nicole and she was friendly and very helpful. I asked her if the no deposit $10 was still available or if it had expired and she credited my account in like 2 seconds! Let's see if the casino is as friendly! lol

I just asked NICOLE in live chat if i was eligable for the $10 free BECAUSE I had got the $10 free when they were playtech. SHE asked for my account info got it right away. SO if you ask you might get it even if you got the $10 free when they were playtech I did. GOODLUCK !
