I'm glad to see summer and the Texas heat end. We have fairly mild winters here and I love cooking the hardier winter dishes: soups, stews, gumbos and chowders. I also do a lot more baking.

webdeb, I miss making soup too. I love cooking soup in the winter, but not so much in the summer. smile smile smile
