RGALP, Sorry! I heard iNetBet has live chat now... but maybe they are not open 24/7. I will get the details asap, but for now try emailing them through the contact form on the homepage or check during regular business hours for live chat.

RGALP, Hey, I just noticed a pop up on the casino's homepage that is live chat. It's purple and says "any questions?". I tried it and someone answered immediately.

they have live help at their home page but cashback is given tomorrow and not when we ask it to them ( email or live help ) it is automaticaly in your account the day after your lose smile

RGALP: I am sorry. I should have had the information about how cashback works available in my original posts. I have requested all details about obtaining cashback, so I can add that information to all pertinent threads. I have also suggested to the casino that a link to live chat in the downloaded casino would be a great idea, and a few other "suggestions" that will save everyone some headaches in the future.
