Further last week i deposited over 2500$ and lost it, not a single extra chip from them... where in the past i would get easily another 5-10 percent
they also stopped paying on weekends, so no difference to the other Microgaming groups.
so in my view customer support is now there only to flush your winnings. the best comment i got from their support was: we provide the casino games for entertainment not for winning!!! .... so much to encourage a player to play there
to express my disappointment i wrote emails first to their Player Support Manager, Jonathan and then to their Operations Director, Pat, and the answers i got were basically: "i don't give a toss about players and especially not what you are thinking or what disappointment you are feeling." Pat thought it was OK for support to decline over 30 times in a row requests for some bonus chips even when a player deposits thousands every week and has hardly withdrawn anything in the recent past.
all the more a reason for me to stop playing at this group or reduce my play to the 100 percent promo days.
i have not written this because i lost once and got disappointed...i play daily at online casinos and know very well "how the cookie crumbles" ..... it has been the last few months that 32RED has gone downhill

irritated by inetbet, I pretty much have not been gambling. I just wish I had reached this point years ago. I still play free tournaments, but haven't been depositing monies. I guess since they figure there is nothing we can do when they play games with out money, they would rather beat us out of our winnings than keep us as customers.
