payout times at SLOTO

I was recently looking for a new hangout alternative to my usual casino group (32RED) which i play at pretty much daily and gave SlotoCash a try.

Turned out i didn't need to deposit as i got first a 10$ birthday chip and managed to get to a withdrawal. This was Friday morning, 20-June-2014.

According to the request from Live Support i submitted my documents on Friday and was looking forward to receive that cash today, 3 days is already a pretty long time. However, i was completely wrong. This is the schedule i received from them:

Ella: Request submitted on Mondays are processed on Thursdays.

Ella: Request submitted on Tuesdays are processed on Fridays.

Ella: Request submitted on Wednesdays are processed on Mondays.

Ella: Request submitted on Thursdays are processed on Tuesdays.

Ella: Request submitted on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Wednesdays.

Ella: No processing of payouts on the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays).

Ella: There is a 48hrs pending period (business days only) after the pending period withdrawal are processed within 24-48hrs.



Are they serious? Is this the normal waiting time all of you have to accept from them?

So we give them our dosh instantly and they keep our withdrawals for up to 5 days and maybe longer???? That is in my view a rip-off. Any half-educated banker can do a lot with the money in 3-5 days, making even more money for the casinos!!!

Well, SlotoCash will certainly not become a regular casino for me, far from it, i will stay at my friendly 32RED group which pays out withdrawals twice daily and i don't have to wait more than 12hrs for the dosh. I actually always know the cut-off times and do my withdrawals accordingly. Hence, I mostly have the money within 30 minutes after making the withdrawal in my ecopayz account. Now that is the standard every online casino can and should have. It shows that they can be quick if they really want.

Just my thoughts to this issue.

Yeah, I won $400 (should have been $800, but I got stupid and lost some back) from a $25 deposit a week or 2 ago and found out they now pay in 72 business hours unless you are a vip and then it may be faster (although I am a vip and mine was still 3 business days)... the 72 hours is listed on their new website too.

I don't like it, but I like the 50% weekend cashback on unbonuses deposits, so I still play there a little. No one will ever pay faster than 32red, and I wish I could play there myself!

To me that is unacceptable. We players should unite and stay away from a casino group until they change their procedures.

They take the players for a ride with their t&c's knowing very well that especially you guys in the big free land cannot play at many places nowadays.

I was as well at about 500 when i got close to finishing wagering and ran it down to a pitiful number before hitting the "cashin" button still, no matter what the amount is, a speedy payout is a must nowadays if you call yourself a "top" casino as SLOTO does.

Harry_SIN, Well, players from the US are sort of limited and I guess we're just happy to still have places to play. 3 days is not really bad considering how slow a lot of casinos pay. For US players I guess Intertops is the fastest at 48 hours or less, or maybe inetbet, but not many casinos have ever paid in one day and certainly 32red has always been the fastest.

I don't mean to be an apologist for the casinos, but banking is much harder for casinos paying out to US players. They are limited by who will process those transactions and often have to change processors and banks... I suspect this is what prompted the change at Sloto. Everyone knows the faster they pay, the faster players will deposit it back.

Tawnia, 3 days is really bad when we have ewallet option , in the past , jackpot capital and all it's group paid us the day after we cashed out , then they changed all and decided to let the winning pending 48 hours , and they pay the 3rd day , but like week end doesnt work , sometime we have to wait a week before to get our money

fully agree with samsarah i also replayed and lost some substantial cashins, the highest being 12.000USD at Villento because of their stupid pending period.

i have a little insight into the operation of the casinos as i have been invited in the past to the headquarters of a casino group (can't say the name) and Microgaming on the Isle of Man. Indeed that pending period is a pure tool to reduce payouts, which it does achieve greatly , especially over weekends. The said group reduced their payout transactions by some 25-30n average, so we are talking serious money as they save as well commissions to affiliates, processors, ewallets etc.

I understand the problems in the big free land but in my view, if the casino really means business, they have different processors for that territory and the rest of the world, where everybody has access to e-wallets. There is no excuse for delaying payments by up to 5 days when e-wallet options are available, it should never be more than 24 hrs during the week. I can accept that during the weekend no payments are done.

Microgaming actually designed an automated straight through payment software as an add-on to the casino software, which would transfer winning directly back to your PMOP without anybody getting involved. This was intended for VIP's and other very regular players. However, none of the casino groups was interested, understandably as it was designed to do the transfers every hour on the hour and nobody would cancel or reverse their withdrawals, hence less cash for the casino.

Personally, i stick to my favorite group, 32RED. They treat me very nicely and are very generous with extra bonuses. I also have a direct line to the Player Support Manager and my withdrawals are processed the same day even when i do them just 1 minute before the cut-off time.

As i said we players should unite and stay away for a few days at a time from a casino group instead of just being happy that somebody let's us turn the reels or play our hands and therefore accept any treatment they deem fit for themselves not for their customers. If everybody who is registered on the top 10 player forums would stay away for let's say 1 week from one casino they would certainly feel the loss in revenue and maybe start rethinking their procedures.

they only have a bottom to push to pay us with ewallet , they can't say they need 3 days to verify our games , logiciel doest it quickly , proof is , they immedialtly remove your money if you make a fault :p

Now this to me is a rogue casino that should be avoided at any cost. So they send you a free birthday chip, let you play with it, let you submit a withdrawal, let you wait 4 days only to send you this kind of message.

TDTAT please move this casino to your rogue list, players should avoid to play here as they might have their winnings voided for no apparent reasons other than ridiculous terms and conditions.

And we are talking about 30$ in the end, i deposited much more than that at SLOTOTRAP in the past few years. I had a much higher balance and could have withdrawn the max, $180 allowed but played it down because i forgot that i made the wagering requirements much earlier. Good that i actually did because i would be much more disappointed if the withdrawal request would have been for a higher amount. Now i am just reassured that i will never ever play there again

i have done some more research and i am now even more convinced that SLOTO is a rogue outfit. First of all it does not display in plain view who is behind the name and who owns SLOTO. You have to go to the page "privacy policy" to find it:

Wow, I always play at Sloto!!!!! May have to rethink things. I rarely cash out. And I may add I find I "never'" hit lately. I have notices smal changes that I don't care for and all the customer reps are new. I had a very good relationship with the older ones.

RGALP, I guess Intertops is the best place to play for US if you want to be paid every time in 2 days or less, but if you like bigger bonuses they never have anything over 100%.

I've been winning lately at Slotastic, and just received a payout this morning from a Wednesday cashout there. I cashed out $400 last week at Jackpot Capital and was paid in 2 days.

TDTAT .... in my opionion mixing an affiliate program with casino ownership leaves a lot of room for dodgy things....me thinking but maybe i am wrong. if yes, then i take that back and apologize.

However, every decent casino displays clearly ownership, exact address details (not customer support), place of registration etc.... hell, i with my small business have to put my registration details, legal address and ownership clearly visible on my website...... so if a casino is hiding it at the bottom of the VEEEERRRRYYYY small print that smells fishy to me.

And then sending out "NO DEPOSIT BONUSES" to players where they know they won't pay me if i win is definitely rogue!!!! Rogue as can be!!! And nobody can convince me that it happened by mistake. The casino software has sophisticated evualation tools which take you automatically off any mailing list where and when needed.

I told them i deposit some $150K every year, mostly at the 32RED group and i would like to have an alternative with a different software than Microgaming....hell, they couldn't care less....
