In my opinion, if you are gambling in a public casino then the best time to win would be when the casino is most busy. I think the casinos like to have a lot of people witness a big win so that the other players will be more inclined to invest money in the casino games. But, now that I think about it, the best time to gamble would be when you are in a financial position to lose the money you are gambling with and not have any bad feelings when you are done.

if most casinos close there books at the end of the month,then the best time to play would be at the beginning.use to be in the car business and there was always a rush to get as much sales in before the end of the month.for online casinos it could be anytime,watch the random jackpot to see if it is adding up and not just sitting there on the same amount at least it lets you know that a lot of people are playing I find I do better when that is happening
