I been trying to withdrawl my winnings off bonus for 3 days i have made deposit and sent in copies of my ids, they say it is all good. I click on withdrawl but there are no options. They say it is a technical issue.

aprylcook, Hi! Did you make a deposit? Also, if they say it's a technical issue, it probably is. Other members have been paid from there. Keep trying. Let me know.

later the same day of my post to you the withdrawl option came up and i just recieved email stating they needed copy of front and back of drivers liecense and copy of utility bill and a paper to sign for my deposit. Now just waiting i was just getting frustrated thank you hopefully i will be paid any day now.

They sent me email stating that they cant open documents unless they were jpg and they were so i resent them still they say it not working, then live chat try to convince me to do a reversal on my withdrawl even gave me some enticing special promotions. I refused I won this money off free chip i deposited the 25 and now want to withdrawl all that i am entilted to. I followed all their rules. are you sure they will pay.

They are known to stall payouts, so it's great you don't reverse.
If you are sure the documents are jpg they are probably lying, but send one picture at a time instead.
That way any file would be possible to open.

Next time chose a Rival that are more trustworthy than this one.

sorry to hear about that theres nothing you can do.they did seem too be good ,but i dont play them on account off been bared by all rival for winning too much,i really hope you get youre money put a post in the review section so others can know .

There must be something you are doing wrong when sending them pictures. Are you absolutely sure that it is jpg files you are sending?
Don't send it as a picture, send it as a file/document or whatever it says in your language.
Read up on other ways of sending or upload them in different ways. Digital camera, scanner...

The sad thing is that we don't want our personal files all over the net or I would send them a 100 different each day

aprylcook, This casinos will pay you. Try taking a picture of the documents with your phone and then saving them to your computer and emailing them. Or send me a private message if that does nto work and I will have you email them to me and I can forward them to the casino.

WOW they still stalling tell me today to try back in four hours when accounting will be in and I tried doing pics with phone but they won't tell me if they worked or not i have to get back to them in an hour casue of technical problems.
