dendra cashout and bad communication

hi i won on a playthrough at dendra i won .they now wont pay saying i had 2 accounts

i did have 2 accounts ,and knowing its not allowed i contacted dendra support advizing them off this and asked wich account to use they sent me an e mail back telling me to use the one i have

i even asked them iff it would cause an issue and they said no

well now it is

its terrible every time someone wins at rival thers problembs and issues
i have emailed them dont hold much hope

they could have said use youre old account

i made the mistake when i saw dendra under new managment,so made a new account
they also say dont play at any rival as i have multiple accounts across the rival network

i did have some when my computor crashed but all double accounts were closed via live chat or e mail

so the accounts were closed on my referal not cause off player abuse as they say
