Mine gets blocked all the time for too many internet purchases and I call the bank and confirm I made the transactions and they remove the block.

Yes after two days of phone calls they finally unblocked mine. But they said if I continue making purchases at restricted sites I will loss my card. And they know where I am spending my money... hahaha..... and its the only card that still works at most of the places.

Anyway I get blocked if I make more than 3 or 4 purchases online in a day, whether it's gambling or not. It's so annoying because you would think they would realize I buy a lot of stuff online by now. Everytime I just call and usally get unblocked without even talking to a real person.

A good option for online "shopping" is also those visa prepaid gift cards from walgreens. Don't get the ones that say they don't work internationally. They say something like "A gift for you" on the front... maybe they were called vanilla sky?
I have used them several times with no problem. I think they are like $3.95 for for a $50 card.

Here also, I continue to use the prepaid NS Visa and have never been blocked. I pay $1.94 to reload but it's well worth it.
When I deposit, I do it through my Visa debit card, haven't had any problems.
