very much liked club world till recently used a 100% coupon made a sucessfull deposit recieved email confirmation but nothing in account logged out for bout 15 min logged back in still nothing spoke with support was told im S O L till monday. Not very pleased with this supposedly highly recommeded rtg

That is weird. I have heard of it happening at a few casinos but not at club world. I would try logging back in in the next few hours as it may show up. Also check your card, maybe the deposit did not really go through.
What is your casino user name? Maybe one of the managers is working this weekend and can get it sorted before Monday.
By the way I deposit there and it has never happened to me and they pay fast so that is why they are highly recommended. Sometimes computer or processor glitches happen, but the problem will be fixed I am sure.

user name voltz1 support said they can see the transaction was succesfull but no one in cashier will be back till monday seems odd that there,s no one to address issues on the weekend

i had this problem also at Inetbet , it is a reputable casino , it was only a little bug and money was back few times after

I have never had any issues with Club World. And I might add they have the friendliest customer service!!!!!! I'm sure it's a glitch, and I'm also sure they will resolve it for you....

I agree first issue ive had and its the only casino I deposit at and have cashed out with them before I love the pay to card option only 9 dollar fee just frustrating that on the weekends which I would think more people play they'd have someone to take care of issues like this

voltz, They told me this was sorted out yesterday and your deposit was credited. Sorry you had to wait. I let the casino know it would be a good idea to have someone at least "on call" to work out this kind of thing on the weekends.

yes thank u my deposit was credited however didnt get the 100% match coupon that i claimed when i made the deposit sent the promo department an email waiting for a response would like to think a little freebie would be in order expecially with the number of deposits i do each week their but we'll have to wait and see
