I think it only works for Instant play. As far as the login, try your rtg log in and if it does not work, ask live chat for help.

adamintx, I asked support and they said you have the same user name, but to use your old rival password. If you can't remember it go to live chat for help.

Sorry for the delayed reply. No, I was unable to login at either Rival version of Desert Nights or SlotoCash. I talked to the support person for one of the sites (can't remember which now) and he said that if I never had a Rival account at either casino (prior to when they switched to RTG) then I can't play at them now. I'm surprised they don't let new USA players play at the rival versions but I never tried setting up a new account to see if it actually has the option to select that you are from the USA on the Rival versions.

Maybe they'll change in the future. I hope so because I deposit at Desert Nights more than anywhere else.

I have 2 seperate accounts at Desert nights one for Rival and one for RTG. now th NLN15 no deposite is only good for those new comers to the casino, if you have a;ready had a free chip your out of luck

lizkern, Yes you can only use the $15 free code if you register for the rtg casino from noluckneeded and are a new player which is stated in the orginal thread with the $15 code... this thread is just to announce that both softwares can be played if you previously had a rival account.

Also you should not have 2 seperate accounts for rival and rtg. I suggest you contact the casino or risk having trouble later on. You were not supposed to make a new account when the casino transferred to rtg.

i had to ladies from Desert nights helping me Jessica and Christina, Christina fixed both accounts to have my name, password and email to be the same and Christina said because they are 2 seperate casino softwares they are 2 different accounts and when i signed in to the rtg side i could not have the bonus because i have already had a free chip and i did not get any free chip on the Rival sde either. i even sent her a copy of your message but she didn't have her listening ears on, ans i don't have the strength anymore to fight and argue. I love Rival casinos, however Desert nights has been a nightmare since they changed software. i want to play that new game but i guess i won't get a chance

Also, you don't get free chips at both casinos, only at the RTG. The only bonus at rival is a 25% reload.
