Golden Cherry has very poor customer service. Every time I email them I have to do it several times before I receive a response. You can't cash out until you have your identity verified. I'm talking you can't even initiate a cashout without the verification. I ought to be able to initiate the cashout so I can reverse it. The other places you can initiate the cashout, they just won't process it without verification which is fine and as it should be.
Question, Desert nights isn't accepting new US players?

mostlysunnee, No, the only 3 taking new registrations are the ones above... Desert Nights allows only old US players to continiue.
I know Golden Cherry is not great, but they do pay and since the options for Rival and Us players are so limited I included them. By the way... I don't think you can cashout anywhere anymore without verfifying your identity.

Hi T. I know you can't cash out without verifying, but I have not verified at Desert Night or Vegas2Web and I can do a withdrawal. I withdraw if I made cashout requirements so then I can reverse it and play and earn comp points and/or play poker if I so desire. The system at those places let me do it. Now, if I left it in there and it went to the finance dept then, of course, they would require verification. At Golden Cherry I can't even do that much. You see what I'm saying? I asked them to then manually complete the promotion for me so I can play whatever and earn comps but they wouldn't do that either. I should be able to initiate a cash out by doing the withdrawal process inside the casino without having verified my identity. Like I said, then, if I leave the withdrawal alone and it makes it to pending then insist I give my documents before you pay me.
