OK I got it the ND and played it, then I deposited for the 100% bonus, made it through playthrough and requested a withdrawal. Let's see how quickly it's processed.

just have an issue with this rival
i took a 250% deposit bonus then i deposit 25 euros , my balance was always at 0 but the bonus still claimed
then i go the live chat to ask them where is my money because i got a mail from neteller money transfer is done
they said there s no transaction , so , when im vip to neteller i ask them to live chat and they give me the transaction number and said in their side all is ok
i returned to live chat of the casino and i give us the transaction number but for them still nothing , so i had to wait this morning and when i come back to casino , my 25 euros was in my balance but nothing about the bonus witch was always claimed
i spoken with henri who said i cant claim it at this time ( dont know why ) and by himself , he put me a 20% reload bonus without asked me before
i say him i dont want this 20 % and dont ask for this bonus and i ask him he delete it , he does it then my balance was at 00.00
He said they cant delete bonus if they do it i loose my money , and i never see my deposit come back
they give me 3x10 free with 50x waggering and 100 max cashout but it is not the same thing , im desapoiinted about that and for me they took my money for them , my history show my deposit and my game history shows i dont play here since december

samsarah1, Why would you close the casino before I have a chance to fix the problem? Just give me your account name and let me email them. You have been at this site long enough to know that I can try to help with these issues.

i already play the three 10 free bonuses with 50x waggering and no compt point because i had not other choice
they said they cant refound my deposit to my account
i had prefer to got my money because i 'll play without bonus and i had no waggering and if i won no max cashout but they dont do that i spoke also with shane but he doent refund my account for the same reason , you can try because for me they took my money and its not an normal action , bonuses can be removed i know that but they said they cant
