yo what gives with sloto the system will not allow me to redeem any coupons...Ive missed the first two deposit welcome bonuses and now it wont redeem the mayhem coupon or the third deposit match.....very frustrating ....oh and live chat doesn't have a clue.....

also TDTAT I tried to claim the 500% offer too on my first deposit since they changed to rtg...but it wouldnt let me redeem it.. so then I tried the 400% offer listed on their page and that was denied too...I went to live chat about it .....and they offered me 100% so I took that and made my deposit... and I know I am eligibe for bonuses because I always got them before they switched ...and got the 100% they offered... and they gave me the 31 you sent in for me.... so just wondering if there is anyway I can still recieve the 500% or even 400% the next time I make a deposit there... which should be in the next couple days... I am happy that I was able to recieve the bonuses that I did dont get me wrong ....I am very grateful for that and thank you bunches for your help... however it would have been so awsome to get a 500% or 400% deposit bonus with NO MAX CASHOUT..... those kind of bonuses are very hard to come by especially at an rtg ....and it kinda sucks I feel like I missed it .....should I contact the manager before I deposit again?? do you think my email will go through?? and he might let me cllaim it next time since I missed out on it with my deposit a few days ago??

nathan1234, Hi! The emails are working now. The 500% has a max cashout, but the 400% does not. I will email them about your account now and see what is up. I doubt you can use the 400% or 500% but there are other bonuses for the 200%-300% that may work.

samsarah1, That means the bonus amount is not withdrawable. So if you have a $100 deposit, get $100 bonus and cashout $500, the $100 bonus will be removed and you will get $400.
