Withdrawal Issue

I had a withdrawal from Davincis Gold on April 10th. I deposited through Echeck and withdrew through Echeck. Needless to say, it was returned to the casino as Echeck was no longer an option. So I withdrew through Quicktender and today, May 20th, it was rejected by my bank and returned to Quicktender. At the moment Quicktender is closed, what can I do? Any suggestions?

sanaj49, Hi, sorry for the problem... what do you mean quicktender is closed? They worked for me today and I had a withdrawal paid a few days ago to my bank. This sounds like a problem with your bank. Maybe you should consider making a new bank account somewhere and try there... Large national banks are usally the best. Or try doing another withdrawal to your bank and see if that works?
Another thing is that you could put it in a casino like intertops and play a little and try a wire there or one of their other options... they still have check payouts I think also.

Thanks TDTAT for responding so quickly. What I meant was Quicktender was away I guess for a break, I will talk to them when they return and see what they say. I may open another bank account. The withdrawal is for 900$ . I'll keep you posted.

Me again, I tried to withdraw again and a message popped up that said to check back in 5 days, withdrawal is not available at this time. Live chat is still away, so I left message. Evidently I can transfer to a merchant but not to a bank.

I received the same message! I am unable to withdraw but able to still send a payment to a merchant, ie casino, of course. I emailed them as well. Not long ago I made a deposit of $50 from my Visa debit card and it withdrew the $50 from my debit account but Quicktender did not apply it to my account for over a week! <cuss word here haha>

I think that's the issue I'm having, there's a 'pending transaction" showing at NS and it's from QT.
It's probably going to screw me up all week-end.....

TDTAT,
QT is having issues and at this moment, should not be considered for depositing or withdrawing.
There is a rather long thread along with a warning issued over at XX (you know where and I won't post the site unless it's OK with you).
It's possible the DoJ got them or they got hacked. But whatever happened, nothing is being sent out.
Club World has already removed QT as a deposit/withdrawal option.

kitzianne, Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe try the netspend directly at the casino.

That did not work, HOWEVER at iNetBet you can purchase gift cards that are payable to them using netspend. There is no fee and they are credited immediately. At least the week-end won't be a total bust

I just got this from the Box24 group:
UseMyWallet (Quicktender)
Please note UseMyWallet have stopped processing withdrawals to members bank accounts, however we have been assured that funds currently in Quicktender are safe and can be transferred to and from merchant accounts. We continue to accept UseMyWallet as a deposit and withdrawal method as we have complete faith in the stability and ethics of Quicktender as a processing partner.

What are merchant accounts? I use Qucktender and I am afraid to deposit now because I always withdrew to my bank, I don't understand merchant accounts. Please explain this to me.
