nice win at Black Diamond - question on payout

I lucked out at Black Diamond Casino hitting over $1700 with one spin on Scary Rich. Managed to meet playthrough requirements and have almost $1900 to w/d!

But when I went to withdraw, the methods all say the most you can request is $250. So does that mean I have to go in and request a w/d of $250 every day until I have received it all? I didn't know there were w/d limits. Anyone have any advice? Is there any way I can get all my winnings in one lump sum?

That might mean all you can withdrawl is 250.00. It depends on if you used coupon, and what the max cash out is. Like Corkmanjan said, check terms and conditions

wichitalaurie, CONGRATS! Did you use a bonus with a max cashout? If not, Try doing $250 multiple times... the withdrawal limits get set low like that if the system shows your email as inactive. Send me your name and casino user name by private message and maybe I can get the limit raised for you. I think their max is $2000 a week, so maybe you can get 2 payouts of $1000 in one week.

There was no max cashout. I did request 2 w/d of $250 and the system allowed that, but then no more. I will send you my acct. info, thanks.

Congrats on your win, I had the same problem when playing at rival casinos, I had to make small $250 everyday til I was paid in full.

mistye81, Next time do the $250 as many times as it will let you and go to live chat and ask for the limit to be raised. If that does not work, let me know as they will usally raise the limits.
