I won $300.00 with the $60.00 N/D code. I have been trying to get my money for the last three days. I sent all my documents in, they said they were too dark. I went to staples and had them scanned and sent by e-mail. They finally told me after I talked to them 3 times I could'nt use a wire transfer or ACH. But they asked me to fax my bank statement. I really did'nt like doing that. I still don't know why they asked me to do that since I can't use ACH. I talked to 2 different people each told me something different. They don't accept ACH, Wire Transfer, and a few more I can't remember. I finally got upset and asked them why they gave free money, if they did'nt want to pay when you win. The girl told me to complain by writing to Support. I opened an account at My Pay Linq. I have to send them copies of my information and make a small deposit. I hope I will finally get my money. I will never deposit at High Noon Casino and plan to uninstall the casino. Good Luck to anyone that is using the free money, I think you'll need it. geoluky723

geoluky723, Hello, this is one of the best groups of casinos online... so I think you got the wrong impression and have never had the real run around at a bad casino and have not played much online.

Most casinos that accept americans do not even offer wire or ACH as an option to withdraw...because of US banking laws, you can blame George Bush for that. It is hard for americans to get paid these days and is not the casino's fault.

You need a webwallet account such as quicktender or ewalletxpress to withdraw at 99% of online casinos PLUS you have to deposit with the option before you can ever cash out on a free chip... this is the rule at all casinos these days. You played a free chip and won, so be happy as you will be paid. It is not easy to play online as an american.

The best way to send identity documents is to take a digital picture and attach the file to an email.. then you will have no problems and they are accepted right away. It is not the casino's fault they need readable documents, they have to verify identity to keep their gaming license.

Like geoluky723, I too won $300 off the $60 free chip and had a somewhat difficult time getting it although not as difficult as geoluky723. I finally received it after contacting them several times.
