I played here when they 1st came out last week and downloaded and got the bonus with no probs.

Its your normal rival casino with all the same games but i do want to give a bit of a warning out to all members here.

For some reason if you go to there Live Chat they have been asking players for there password along with there user name and we all know that is a NO-No. Please be a bit careful with this place for a little while.

I have been gambling online for over 12 years and have NEVER been asked for my password from a casino at all.
Bet with your head not over it.

They locked my account immediately and accused me of having 2 accounts. So not true. So I'm not impressed.

I tried Vegas Aces--downloaded the Rival software, got the $27 free chip. It kept crashing when I tried to log in--either the games menu wouldn't appear or it would respond "server error" during the games. Still the same problems after two re-installs. Wasn't fun.

Proofreaders2000, Hi! That is the first I have heard of any game running problems... maybe your connection was bad or their server was having trouble.

1. The Operators from live support are inexperienced . They actually check your account status by logging in ( asking for your password ) , and one of them that goes by the name Jack has no idea what he is talking about .
2. Don`t know about the servers , but the casino crashes alot ( trust me my internet connection is just fine ) .
3. They make the rules along the way . If you get your account locked for no reason , don`t even bother asking why .
4. Moneybookers and other webwallets are listed , however you cannot withdraw using those options . They told me that the "techs" are looking into it ( no change ) .
5 . If you claim that no-deposit bonus and win from it , they will do everything in their power to stall the payment .

I registered via an affiliate link like everybody and claimed that nd bonus .
I played only video slots and won about 80$ (max cashout was $81 anyway) . I decided to cashout that bonus because to be honest i never intended to stick around and keep playing @ that casino ( crashes , bad live support ) The cashout did not work ( received an error and decided to talk to live support . They asked for my scanned id ( standard these days , so no problem ) Sent it , i had to wait 2 days for confirmation . They did not fix the moneybookers issue so i had to email them again .
They finally said that my cash will be sent via moneybookers and asked for the MB account . Two more days for confirmation , in that message they told me to : " wait 24-48 Hrs for confirmation " . Whatever ... after 4 more days i decided to contact live support and ask why is it taking so much time . Jade from live support put me on hold ( pretending she is busy , and then ended the chat session ) . I decided to email them again , this time i got a reply saying :

When referring to your payout request, it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to be removed from your account.

So i ask myself .. is this a joke ? a scam ? i know that some casinos practice this slow payment thing , but i knew they do that when someone wants to cash out a huge amount of money not leftovers .

If they do this to me ... imagine what they would do to someone who actually deposits and wins alot .
My advice is to stay away from this casino .
If you don`t belive me ... try it for yourself .... i`ve played rival casinos in the past , this one is by far the worst one !

Cristian, smile Welcome to noluckneeded.

What an interesting first post....

First to cash out with an ewallet you have to make a deposit with that to get paid from a free chip win. So to cash out with moneybookers, you have to deposit that way. Did you?
