Why would I even inquire about a $5 difference?
Cause, they made me mad, last week! (actually, it was at Mondial)
For $4 they gave me 15 minutes of wasted time and a headache after

That is not very nice from "The Most Generous Casino on The Net"
3 + years of solid loyalty and it was not important to them, to get the right amount credited.
$5.00, is going to cost them much more in the future
