For some reason they banned me from promotions last week. I am so tired of the Rival banning system. We will see if I get them back or if I have to close my account with them too...

Drakella, Hi! Besides being from Sweden which is bonus banned at many casinos, Closing accounts could be one of your problems... Once you close an account you can get on the bonus ban list. The list does not show why an account was closed (to the other casinos) just that it was closed, which leads to problems. The other casinos could think you closed the account because of gambling problems or that the casino closed your account for some reason.

Members: Check the bonus terms when you claim the bonus in the cashier... the $21 free is probably for play on slots (except progressives), not just on Candy Cottage.

The promotion wasn't there for me either when I logged in. I just went to live support and asked if I was eligible. I am not; I haven't deposited there. So, no $21.

You are probably right TDTAT. I have not and will not close any account with Rival. Sweden is not the reason and we are not banned from so many Rivals anymore. I have contacted them so I will probably get an answer next week. I must learn not to be so angry with them. I can't blame them for not knowing me

Drakella, I hope they let you have bonuses again!
I complained about the closing accounts leading to bonus blocking to them when I found out about it about a year ago... One of the casinos told me it is integral in the rival bonus system and not something individual casinos can change unless they do not use the Rival bonus list at all (like slotocash and a few others do not use).
