I recently played at Planet 23 casino. I made a withdrawal. Then I asked live chat which email addy I need so that I can send in my documents. So they gave the Email address. I sent them to this address. Then after a few days without any Email back from them I talked to live chat again(different person?) and they said that Email addy was wrong. So I am getting worried now because I dont know where my documents ended up! So they gave me another Email addy to send my docs again. The live chat person said sorry about that. Ok, so I send them out again. Then after about week no Email back again. Finally, after about 2 weeks I got an Email from thier Security Department saying they dont know what happened to the docs I sent and told me to resend them again to a 3rd different Email addy. I was so fed up by now with this BS I forget it and cancelled my withdrawal and just lost it all back. I would highly recommend you dont play in this casino. I blacklisted them in my list of casinos. Also, be very cautious when you deposit at any TOP GAME casino. I have a feeling they will get shut down soon.

jslotter71, Hi! Sorry you had trouble. I wish you had not played back your withdrawal as they are under new management now. What is your casino user name? I will ask them what happened. I noticed none of their email address were working the other day, as all of my emails were returned as undelivered. I let them know about the problem and they seem to be working now.

Planet23 just switched to Rival Software, so maybe that was what caused the email problems. They are a rival casino now so should be paying cashouts or they will get kicked out of rival gaming. If you have any future problem with casinos, please let me know so I can try to help. Don't play back the money or they win.
