Where has the CS gone?

I just emailed iNetBet with concerns about their cs as of late. I have been with them for years and lately requested a $125 withdrawl to be flushed - since like most of us - if it sits there to long I spend it. They ignored my requests.

I have emailed them 5 times in the last week for various things and they have not returned any of them....not one.

Though I did receive an email from management asking that I write something for their newsletter concerning my royal flush (which was on nickles for $200 smile ) and I replied right away with kind words.

He emailed me back and thanked me so I know they received my other requests.

I just don't know what is happening with them lately?? Anyone else having this same issue? There are other RTG's out there like Intertops but I have been so loyal to iNetBet for so long I couldn't imagine depositing anywhere else. Its just sad. Maybe I should reconsider.

BTW - the withdrawl is gone - I lost - my fault not theirs - I just wished they would have flushed it like I asked.

I have been having problems with inetbet for 2 weeks now they had cashed me out several times and i deposited there alot too then all the sudden out of the blue say my documents were not clear enough and had to be resent everytime i resent them(about 4 times) they found a different reason to decline them one time said i didnt have my withdraw method listed(when i had already withdrawn about 7 times to quicktender :rollsmile
i have sent documents to many different casinos online and never once had a problem with clarity I ended up having to buy a scanner for my computer(which i needed anyway) just to send them bottom line my cashout has taken over 2 weeks and they dont always respond to my emails either I am looking for a new RTG to play at but inet used to always cashout so quick thet was the best thing about playing there smile

I play there to and have not made a withdraw request yet but it has always really bothered me that there is no phone contact # listed for them. Does that seem unreasonable to anyone else? I just don't see why they would not offer one. I can't help but be a bit suspicious

I've always known them to be slow also but hours, not days or weeks. I did cash in some comp points the other night and the $ was there in a 30 min or so. I sure hope they're not turning rouge and tarnishing their good reputation as one of the only good RTG's. Keep us posted rae and nathan123 I'd be interested to see how this turns out. smile

I believe it depends on who answering the mails. Some of them are real nice and others not. I was thinking of closing my account there because I thought they delayed my cashouts on purpose, and the answer I got was that "It is up to you if you want to close your account". That was not the answer I had expected.
I play there sometimes now but there are other new RTGcasinos that pay faster than Inetbet and they have nice support and livechat too. Why chose a casino that don't appreciate me?

I recived an email at 500 this morning saying my documents were finally approved after 4 times of sending them and 12 hours later still no cashout smile I am very dissappointed at inetbet Drakella or anyone if you know any GOOD rtgs that pay quickly please let me know so I can have a new place to deposit and play

All star slots pays almost instantly. Casino Titan from a couple of hours up to 24 if I remember correct.
What you also can do is to send the casinos your documents before you make any deposits. That way you are good to go and can cash out whenever you like with no waiting or trouble.
There are a few more casinos that pays fast but I don't remember them at this moment.
Inetbet claims they pay in 24hours. That is not always true but you will get them smile

thanks Drakella I am going to deposit at all star slots and titan this week smile I like RTGs and their games i just dont always trust them

I play a lot at CasinoTitan, and when I do have the chance to cashout, I always have it within 4-6 hours, They are very quick! Good luck!

I play at Casino Titan too. If you want your withdrawal flushed you have to email finance@casinotitan.com and they will do it for you. They process on weekends and I have never waited longer than 8 hrs for a withdrawal to QT.

Well, as I stated in my original post iNet has not been returning my emails including the request to flush my acct.

I wrote them in concern over their recent behavior (again) and received an email back within minutes.

They claimed they have received no email about flushing my withdrawl or the other requests including changing my profile info, yet they received the email about the kudo's I gave them for their newsletter after my win -- funny, huh?

I forwarded them every email I have sent in the last week and a half just to make a point stating that it seemed odd that they would receive some emails but not others?????????

No response to my latest email with the attachments have been receivied on my end.

I love this casino and have been with them for a long time NEVER a problem...ever...until now.

Thanks for all the replies, it seems as though a few people have had concerns as well. If anyone from iNetbet reads this I hope you take notice that your members are starting to doubt your ethics (well, at least this one is)

I still havent recieved my cashout from them and they finally approved my documents 2 days ago.they are doing it intentionally because they didnt like some of the complaint emails i sent.
I am also waiting on a small cashout from lucky slots that has taken longer so I have posted to warn other depositors about these places
and i am moving them to my slow casino section on my pc
and I have changed my reviews for them as well
I suggest anyone else having problems
do the same thing it is really the only way
to make a difference if at all

I'v heard that you can have to wait about a month for a cashout from Lucky slots. That is awful.
But what is wrong with Inetbet? They shouldn't promice something they can't keep. Another RTG I heard was paying fast was Lockcasino, but suddenly they seems to have problems too. Is to many customers winning now or what is it? I have had no luck at all this month so I don't have to worry smile

Lucky Slots is now a "not recommended" casino due to slow cashouts... play somewhere else! Also remember that Cuba Club Casino is the same group as Lucky slots, so it is a good idea to avoid them too.
