Our Christmas traditions are pretty typical - putting up and decorating the tree, making Christmas treats, then opening presents on Christmas morning. Happy Holidays to all!

Has anyone started Xmas shopping yet?
Haven't started yet but at our christmas we always give a gag gift and who ever gets the gag gift has to pass it to a new person the next year! Our gag gift is a fruit cake.lol and the funny thing is we pray nobody eats it cause I guarantee it is about 5 years old at this point. It is put in the freezer till the next year. cubu408

I love stringing the lights on the bushes and trees (it takes several days)
*actually it is easier imo than decorating the tree
Also I get to mend fences with people I had disagreements with

My favorite tradition is to gather with the family on Christmas day. We always have some sort of craft planned for the little people to do. It's fun to watch their individual personalities come out in the creations that they make. It doesn't get much better than that

My favorie tradition is trimimg the house with lights, but the tradition we share together as a family is the night before Christmas and all through the house the family gathers along side the table decorated with the spirit of the season and wonderful foods and drink for all to share and celebrate the time that we can spend with each other, laughing, eating, hugging, talking,kissing,and all the time loving

havnt even started yet.looks like we will be spending christmas with my son in Atlanta. He will be getting transferred to a spinal cord rehab monday. I think my best tradition other than of course, food, is ......we used to all load in the car and go christmas light looking stopping along the way for mcdonalds milk shakes.
