RIVAL CHAT SAYS LOYALTY EMAILS SENT

OK Pantasia is and will be the only one I get any bonus from......... No other bonus from the others I am just Happy Pantasia (who I deposit the most) gave me the 50!!!!!!!!

Well, I have made my stand. I just uninstalled all of the Rival casino software from my computer. I don't like to be jerked around and lied to. Their customer services used to be great, now it sucks. The games have gotten really hinky and for me the return as opposed to player appreciation has gone down the toilet. However, I don't blame TDTAT for anything. It's not her fault they are jerks. Can't wait til she gets back so I can change my banner. I'm going back to Micro's and the occasional RTG. Oh where, Oh where is Playtech when you want them!!!!!!!!!! To be able to play Desert Treasure, Night Out or Dr. Lovemore would be heaven!

I went to Live Chat and asked (Eric), what ever happened to the
loyalty bonuses that were supposed to go out to eligible players,
but only went out to half due to some malfunction.....

He said, he had someone manually check my account and a Bonus
is available in the casino software.

I just went back into the casino, and found a bonus finally!

It was $40.00
I know, I should not still be Bitching........
Last month, I got $100.00.

I do deposit, ALOT.......

I'm not completely satisfied, considering how much I deposit.
However, that'll shut me up for a few minutes!

Yeah I prob should have gotten the 100 because I have noticed you get the 10 than the 25 than 50 and I deposited more for the month of April that those before and I have gotten 50 last month, but atleast I got something.... I will still deposit to Pantasia but it will not be where 90% of my deposits go as they did in the past... And voodoo I am happy to hear you got something.... How's the tooth?????
