i have a recipe that my family really enjoys.
It is called tater tot casserole
layer some tater tots on a cookie sheet then fry up some hamburger when that is brown, add a can of cream of mushroom soup. mix together then pour over the tater tots. then top with any amount of cheese you want.
Cook on about 375 until the cheese is golden brown. Which is usually about 15-20 minutes depending on how dark you like your cheese.
my family loves this so much there is never any leftovers.

let me know how you like it, if you do then you will like another recipe i have.
it is called broccoli rice cheese casserole.
you take frozen broccoli and steam it. Then you melt velveta cheese with some milk. then in a 3rd pot you make instant white rice.
when everything is done, you mix it together in a bowl. you let cool in the frig and and it is great quick fix.
Also have another recipe.
it is called kool-aid pie.
you take a can of sweetened condensed milk( not evaporated milk) and whip cream in the tub(not the one in the can) mix those ingredients together in the whip cream tub.
then you add any flavor of the unsweetened kool-aid mix to the the ingredients in the whip cream tub.
once that is done you pour everything into a ready made pie crust of any flavor.
put in the frig until set. which usually takes about 30 minutes.
a little warning though, the pie is very sweet and you don't need a very big slice at one time

This is so easy and always a hit at our family dinners.
You will love this!
CREAM CHEESE CORN
24 oz Green Giant Frozen Niblets with Butter Sauce
8 oz Cream Cheese
lg jar Diced Pimentos
Salt and Pepper
Cook the frozen corn according to package direction until the butter chips are melted and then stir in your cream cheese until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain the pimentos and add just before serving or before reheating if you want to refrigerate this a day ahead.
*You can use any brand of frozen corn and add 3 tbsp of butter but you'll need to drain some of the water before adding the cream cheese. The butter chips work great and make a nice thick sauce.*
