My two major tips are :

1. Always set a limit and stick to it. The worst feeling in the world is walking empty handed, even worse then that is realizing you just spent way more then you can afford.

2. Don't fall for bonuses that anymore then 200% . If you accept these bonuses and you deposit a high amount, you will literally be there forever. I find I win better when I have no bonus...

Oh yahh... #3. Sticking to one game is usually the best option, I have been playing slots and did kinda crappy when all of sudden I hit the big one. You just never know whats around the corner. Never raise your bet if it is not paying, I find it just drains you faster.

Im bad with every form of gambling i am an addict period, I am clean from drugs for over 2years, I smoke, I gamble, if im working out or dieting im a fanatic about it, and when i work ill work 80hrs a week if need be. In all seriousness the best gambling tip for an "addict" is to remove yourself from all situations, whether it be staying away from gambling friends, going to GA, I even had a stretch where I would have someone go into a gas station to pay for me because I would play scratch offs or quick draw numbers game lol. Ive been to expensive gambling rehabs because I spent 10k in a week on online gambling and it didn't work, we all know the quit while your ahead rule, but how many people do that? I've never told anyone but I've never cashed out on an online casino/poker except now. Superstitions are a lie and I have to disagree with person who said pick a machine and stick with it. That's a bad idea because the machines are meant to make you lose and will eventually even out and take your winnings and more. You have to be like a boxer stick and move stick and move, meaning win and move, win and move, beleive me I have tried to stick to a "hot" machine before on a few occasions but the only thing that was hot was me with anger because I ended up loosing lol. On another note I hit a royal flush flopped 52 handed, $10,000 plus, I asked chat what to do, because it was well after i had met playthrough. It was club player which I thought was the same as the Club World group... The guy said because I used two coupons it would be play money. I asked why would they send me two coupons in a row knowing i couldnt use em, they said something about it was a bug that sent it and my 10g was play money in essence. I said i could cash out my comps when I was done right? He proceeded to delete all my money my comps and left me with .10cents when I had over 11,000.

That is the picture of it. For non gambling addicts like example my cousin. He can go to vegas and might gamble for 20 minutes the entire weekend he is there. He goes to clubs and has fun in other ways, and also don't play while watching your sports team lose. I was in first in an atlantis gold sng first prize 40, I was watching the Knicks and they blew a lead and blew all my chips in the sit n go when all i had to do was not play for 3-4 more days... and at worst I wouldve came in was 2nd or 3rd which is 20-30$ from an .11cent sitngo. That's my advice and im sure it hits some people at home.
