I had "Eric" from the support of Pantasia 2 days ago, he told me that I was eligible for the "Loyalty" but since, no news, no mail, nothing.
Tawnia, I am one of your affiliates at Pantasia, "Joker78", and Pantasia is one of my favourite casino. It is possible to have some explanations because I want to know before make my next deposit.

Definitely do not hold your breath waiting on loyalty bonuses!! I emailed Pantasia on Sunday or Monday to ask why my account did not receive a loyalty bonus. I informed them that I deposited plenty of money, and have been on the top 20 leaderboard for a while. This is the response I received this morning:
Dear Brandie Love,
Thank you for contacting us.
I'm sorry to inform you that the account is not eligible for the
loyalty promotions at this time.
Not all accounts receive loyalty rewards each month.
