shop early and if you shop online retailmenot.com and mrrebates.com are just some sites that can give extra discounts.

Do an internet search for coupons for the online store you're shopping at. Just put in the name of the store and coupon. There were many sites that give you codes for percentage discounts and even free shipping. When you're checking out you will usually see a box for promotional code, put in the code, apply it and you should see your total go down instantly.

Make a little time in your busy holiday schedule to lend a hand at a local food bank. Stress on the holidays is not knowing if you will even have food to eat. Donating a few hours at a local food bank, is not only a great way to get your mind off of the holiday headaches, but a way to actually "give" to other who may be less fortunate.
