i managed to make playthru of 72X bonus and have a balance of $343. the terms said I could withdraw a max of $50, but when I went to withdraw none of the methods would work. Live chat said it is because i have to make a $35 deposit first and then I could withdraw $100, and the $35 would be left in there..said to contact them and they would give me a 100% first deposit bonus. i don't know what to believe.

I also got the e-mail and had no problem when I went to live chat to request, they were very nice and polite and wished me "good luck and have fun" I also have the 72x playthrough. It will be interesting to see how this all pans out. If anyone is able to cash out please post and let us know how it goes....
