Great play it down to get point but befor you cash out 150 check to see how much in point you got from playing if you got $20 in points then cash out $170. Because i cashout $250 from $25 free got $235 cause i got $15 in pionts.

it easy if you see 1000 point you have a $1 if you have 5000points you have $5 you get a $1 for every 1000 pionts

anyone ever cashout from dendera casino before??
i requested 3 cashouts from them yesterday for a total of 400$
and i was just wondering how long thier cashout process takes?
they havent requested any documents yet so i am not sure

I have won over $7000.00 from Dendera. They claim that they are processing the cash out one day, then on another they state they have no record of my fax back forms although I faxed all of the required information in three times. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and they referred me to the FGI and the IC3. I had a similar problem with Tradition Casino, another Rival Casino. After winning $2000.00 they locked me out of the casino. I wrote to them because they have no phone listing I could find. Received messages to send in fax back forms twice, then nothing. I don't recommend depositing at either of these casinos. They don't appear professional or fair with their players.

Rival software casinos pay players, so I think you will be paid if you have a valid withdrawal and send the documents in email format. The cashier always says "processing" after you cashout, that does not mean your cashout has been approved. Did you follow the terms if you were playing a bonus?
Remember the faxes are international, so must be sent with the country code and from a fax machine that has international service such as kinkos. Did you deposit and then win? I sent verify security documents by e-mail support@tradition-casino.com put in subject:verify security documents then Attach:Valid Driver's License / Passport *Recent Utility Bill / Credit Card/Bank statement *Copy of all credit cards used to fund account - both front and back to e-mail to verify documents proof. Makes my withdraw very fast and easy. I have played at both of these casino and depositing with both casino. All you need to do is do the paper work first that way when you win all paperwork is all done have them flush it to make it faster. They do pay and you can win with them. Just when i play i will not claim bonus because it is to hard to win that way. Play with what you got then you can quit when you would like. If you win great but if luck is running bad you can guit and still take part of your money back

I have e-mailed them a .ots of times and never ever got an answer..somethings not right with this casino.

msdff, Yes... the Rival email system has had problems before which are well documented. I personally have had trouble with emails to Tradition managers.
I would suggest live chat support from the casino homepage or the casino lobby for contact with Tradition casino (or with any Rival that you do not get an answer from within 24 hours). Even Slotocash had email problems for a while, including blocked emails from certain email providers.
Tradition casino is a strange one, and is not a recommended casino until they get it together.
