Well I talked to support again tonight, and got my balance fixed. I really feel sorry for them support workers, I am sure they have had a rough couple days. My problem was that I had a balance of $175.10 in slotocash, but nothing was ever taken out of quicktender. Although is showed complete on their end, I knew the transaction was not complete. My balance is now .10.
I explained and they took the money back, I am glad that things are getting fixed. I also want to say that Slotocash support is the most polite support anywhere.

would these 'GLITCHES" HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH not being able to deposit with a credit card you've been using for over a year at rivals???

Probably so, because I can't even deposit using quicktender, I haven't tried using credit cards since the problem, but I think the problems should be fixed soon, I hope anyway.

I got my $20 st. patty's $20 to claim this morning. Haven't played it yet.

just claimed a promo, and made a deposit, everything went fine.
