Sloto tickets slacking?

I apologize if you feel that you were brow beaten by us. As we all put our two cents in on most everything good, bad or indifferent. But just a little FYI for everyone this is taken from the Sloto web site in regards to the sloto tickets. Notice it says RANDOM SLOTO TICKETS!

As TDTAT, mentioned.... you have been extremely LUCKY with getting
SLOTO' tickets!

There was one Month, last year, that I think I played everyday.
At the end of the Month, I got a Huge Platinum VIP cashback (10%) -
which was like $599... you can do the math on that one!
I got 2 SLOTO' tickets for $50 each that month.
Yes... you have been VERY LUCKY!
In fact, recently, I think I have deposited at least 10 times, probably
more, since the last time that I have even gotten one.

I try not to expect to get a SLOTO' ticket or any other bonus from any
other casino at any given time, as I will set myself up for disappointment.
This I know, from many disappointing moments!

I do not think it was anyone's intention, to try and Bash you.

SLOTO' takes great care in making sure that all are satisfied, by doing
'the right thing' and even more...
Some players may be so loyal to SLOTO', that they have even become
protective, in a way!

any casino ~ is for my Birthday!!! (coming next month!)

Voodoo my youngest daughter is cracking up over your dancing kitty!! LOL she now wants one of her own. She thinks you can buy them at the Wal-Mart..LOL Although I know your intentions were not to make her laugh. Just thank you been a loooong time sense we have heard her laugh that long or hard. Thanks for being a part of a great memory!!! Have a wonderful lucky weekend

i have always gotten a sloto ticket every single time after i have made a deposit there. i thought that everyone did. that does not mean that i will never deposit again at sloto because they are the best casino out of all the rivals there is. i only went to live chat to REQUEST a ticket and did not DEMAND a ticket as wvguitargirl pointed out. but it is very strange that after i did make a small c/o that the tickets had stopped. so, thanks for all your support in this topic.

Well..reading your posted conversation it did seem as you felt entitled to a sloto ticket and did seem kind of demanding. TDTAT is right. I think we all just a little shocked by the post. My apologies if I was rude but I was just a little taken back that you felt you were owed a chip with every deposit especially after a cashout (regardless of the amount). But as you said, you thought that was the norm. At least you know now!
