I have this same problem at This is Vegas. Spoke with Live support and they said that I was blocked from promotions and would forward to support. They so kindly told me that I was entitled anymore but I had the wonderful privledge of depositing at their casino still and sometime in the distant future they would so kindly review my account to see if I would ever requalify again. I'll just deposit at Slots!! - or the other 9 that I haven't had a problem with. Go figure
